Important enrollment Information:
Number of Enrollees: Maximum of 20 enrollees. This is an intense, 17 hour, hands-on seminar and that means you get plenty of individual attention and can learn how to perform these techniques like a pro! There is a minimum of 10 registered participants required to schedule seminar. No tapes or video cameras are allowed.
Seminar Fee: $1195/per person. Deposit required to secure your space.
Seminar Fee Discounts: 10% if you register 30 days before seminar; 15% discount for each additional person from the same office and for students.
Guarantee
If you can’t generate the cost of the seminar within 60 days of being proficient, following Dr. Levy’s simple marketing technique, you can take the seminar again and he will waive the entire fee!
Payment
There is a $700.00 transferable, but non-refundable, deposit to hold your reservation. Balance is due on site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, money order, cashier’s check or personal check made payable to Dr. Peter J. Levy.
A 25% cancellation fee is charged if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the seminar. A credit equal to 75% of the registration fee paid will be applied toward another seminar in the following twelve months, after which time the credit will become null and void.
NOTE: The Center for Neuromuscular Reeducationsm does not assume responsibility of any kind whatsoever in the event a seminar is cancelled due to events beyond its control. The seminar will be rescheduled.
Certification Course: Returning attendees - $695.00 - four people maximum per seminar.
Financing: Financing plan is available. Call at least four weeks in advance of seminar date for more information.
Seminar Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm each day
Applied for 17 hours of Continuing Education Credit. You will receive an email with the seminar location at least four weeks prior to the seminar.

Promote an NMR Seminar in your area.
If you're a health practitioner in a given area and you can organize six people on at a mutually suitable weekend, Dr. Levy will come to your city and teach you the NMR Seminar in person. Tuition is discounted 50% for the practitioner who organizes the event. Put together a training of ten students or more and your tuition is FREE.
Dr. Levy can come to your office or clinic and personally train you and/or your staff on a specified weekend.
