New Ways to Learn NMR!

A health practitioner in a given area can organize 6 people and at a mutually suitable date and Dr. Levy will come to that city to teach a weekend NMR Seminar. Tuition is discounted 50% for the practitioner who organizes the event. 10 students or more and the tuition is free for the organizing person.

Dr Levy will come to a clinic and personally train the doctor and/or staff on a specified weekend. They can also, by prior arrangement, come to Dr Levy’s office in Santa Barbara to receive training.

Practitioners can order the Home Study DVD and Seminar Manual for $695.00. The DVD has each protocol demonstrated with a voice track. Used in conjunction with the manual each protocol can be reviewed and applied until the practitioner is comfortable with the technique.

Enrollment Information

Deposit required to secure your space. Maximum of 20 enrollees. Minimum of 10 registered participants is required to begin seminar. No tapes or video cameras will be allowed.

Fee

$1195.00 - 10% discount if you register 30 days before seminar. 15% discount for each additional person from the same office and for students.

Guarantee

If you can’t generate the cost of the seminar within 60 days of being proficient, following Dr. Levy’s simple marketing technique, you can take the seminar again and he will waive the entire fee!

Payment

$700.00 transferable but not refundable deposit to hold your reservation. Balance due on site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, money order, cashier’s check or personal check made payable to Dr. Peter J. Levy. A cancellation fee of 25% is charged if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the seminar. A credit equal to 75% of the registration fee paid will be applied toward another seminar in the following 12 months, after which time the credit will become null and void. The Center for Neuromuscular Reeducation^sm will not assume responsibility of any kind whatsoever in the event a seminar is cancelled due to events beyond its control. The seminar will be rescheduled.
